Binary Diff?

Any chance we can get a simple "Binary files differ" for binary file comparisons?

MS's diffmerge tool handles it pretty well.

Sorry, but we don't have any plans to do binary diffing.
I understand that it sometimes necessary, but it's just
too much of a diversion from the course we're interested
in.

I'd settle for a file size comparison (would take, what, 5 minutes?). Anything so I can use diffmerge as my registered diff tool (for all file types).

As it is, I guess I'll set up your diffmerge for known RuleSets and MS diffmerge for everything else.
