Get Latest Version of a project is giving me slightly corrupted results -
I set the working directory as with the Windows client, but two things
go wrong - one, the top level directory isn't created and so I get a
one-level collapse (ie the project has dir A, which contains dirs B C D,
and I end up with B C and D at the top level). Two, the contents of
B/include are showing up in the top level, so I have a bunch of includes
out of place.
I've confirmed that this doesn't happen in the Windows client - the
structure is preserved there properly.
Any ideas? (I know it's not one of the official platforms but I'm
under SuSE 9 / GTK2+). Thanks,

misconfig never mind
ignore previous post, toasting ~/.sos and reconfiguring solved the
problem. my apologies.

Glad to hear it got sorted out. 4.0 should be completely compatible with 3.5's data files (in ~/.sos), but there may have been a change in program behavior that caused the working folder mixup. Let me know if the problem pops up again.
