Gold Support renewals - Do we get a reminder?

Gold Support renewals - Do we get a reminder?

We have three gold support contracts which expire in January 2008 and one which already expired in June 2007. I doi not have any reminders for the renewal of the June one on file. Do Sourcegear normally send out reminders or is it up to users to remember.

What can we do about the expired Gold support contract can we renew it now?

Edit: Sales is sending out reminders, but some didn't receive theirs for some reason.
