Error message when Adding or Checking in Files

Hi all

I'm getting this error message when adding new files or checking in modified files to the repository (Client & Server version: 4.0.4.15848).

I've tried uninstalling my client and re-installing but to no avail.

Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

First, try restarting IIS.
