How to couple existing solution with SOS project

I have a SOS project, I created a new solution file and added all my projects, I then realized there is no integration turned on.

I got the integration turned on, now how do I get my projects associated with the files in SOS? I obviously don't want to add them all again since they are already in the repository.

You should be able to bind these projects to source control by opening the solution or projects in Visual Studio and selecting the File->Source Control->Change Source Control menu item in Visual Studio. This will give you a dialog to bind the items to their corresponding nodes in the VSS tree.
