server 3.5.3(JAVA) support unicode filename and project name.
server 4.0(.NET) CAN NOT.
but online demo server support unicode filename, I GUEST that the version of demo server is 3.5.3. Is it?

Our demo SOS server is 4.0. Are you using Chinese language? We have had reports of users who were able to use our public server but not their own server for Chinese (and perhaps other unicode) language.

This could be because you must have the English language version of Visual SourceSafe installed on the SOS Server machine.

In addition, we have had reports that SOS does not work on a Chinese Windows OS.
