The File could not be found

Error when trying to check in a solution, the message is the just "the file could not be found" I have no idea what file it is that could not be found.

It seems to have something to do with the web site projects, and the dll pdb files that it has checked out (how they got in there escapes me)

Any guesses at what is wrong and how to correct it.

Using VS 2005 SP1, with VSIP and 4.04

Using the stand-alone client, undo any checkouts on pdb's/dll's in your solution and delete them from the repository.

EDIT: There is a known issue with web site projects where binary files that shouldn't be included in the repository are included. More info here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?p=34572
