Namespace conflict?

I have an entry in my Pending CHange set. It's been there eve since I did an export/import to move a source tree toa new repository. The imported tree is fine but I want to get rid of this message. What does it mean and how do I stop it from shwowing up? I am using Vault client and server v.4.0.1.15780

This is a left over remnant of an import. Just highlight the change set item, and then delete it.
