"Show differences..." skips dialog and gos to diff

When I do a Show Differences on a file, it immediately brings up the diff viewer. Other developers here get a dialog that allows them to specify what to diff against, then after that the diff viewer comes up. Do I have a setting wrong or?

I have Vault client 3.5.1.

Hold the shift key down when you are opening the show differences. There is a check in the window the other developers are seeing that says, "Only show this dialog when the shift key is down." You might have that checked. If the window then opens, uncheck that shift key requirement.
