Vault Folder Export Import Error

I am using this tool and an getting an error: Index was outside the bounds of the array. Screenshot attached.

In addition, on 2 previous tries, when the tool gets to a specific user, the process just hangs. Log file record specific to user below:

Can you go ahead and zip up both the Vault Server Log and the Export log for me? The VaultFolderExportImport.txt in the same directory as the ExportImport tool.

Then either post those here or you can email those to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) and include a link to this forum thread.
