Checked Out Files Do Not Show as Checked Out inside VS 2005

Using 4.0.1, VS 2005 Client

In my dev. environment I have both a laptop and workstation. If I checkout files onto my laptop and then do a get latest on the workstation, the files that I checked out are not showing as checked out inside of VS.

Using the 2003 client, VS would show the files as checked out. Is this a limitation with the interface used by the 2005 client (this would be a big disappointment) or is this just something you haven't gotten around to coding yet for the 2005 client?

This will be fixed in 4.0.2, which should be released on Friday.

Excellent, great to hear! Look forward to the release; 4.0.1 has a few other buggers that we've run into (I've seen all of them in the forum, I'm pretty confident they're reported).

Additional notes on how this will work:

1. You must be in VSS mode (Require Checkout before checkin)
2. The checkout must be by a different user or you on a different machine.
