Service 'Hang' Report on Vista, when not in use.

Hi,

This is a minor *wierd* issues that occurs about once a month. After a succesfuls day of uses, the server computer, normall few hours after use windows will report 'hang service', and windows reports error to microsoft.

Good Luck repeating this. Hope to see fix soon. Should be noted that this doesn't interfer with service, weather it is restarted on not shutdown, everything appears to be ok.

We haven't tested SOS on Vista, so it's not fully supported yet.

However this error in the log, indicates SOS Server is getting information that it can't process:

This can happen when HTTP, rather than TCP traffic is hitting the port used by the SOS Server. We've also had reports of problems with some Unix and Mac SOS Clients sending bad data that results in this error.

I guess I should change prot 8080 to something else, since I think port 8080 is dome sort of proxy port standard.

There seems like a few things you could do, like:

1. Change default port
2. Implement better handling for ignoring GETs

FYI, HTTP kinda sits ontop of TCP/IP protocol.
