I have been trying out version 4.0 because we are in the process of changing our source control software. I have run into a problem though. Everything seems fine except that the “Require check in comments” does not seem to be working. I have it checked for all repositories, but VS2003 and 2005 will allow me to check in code changes without the comments. Is this a known bug with the new version, or is there something I am missing.
Thanks
Mike.

Vault 4.0 Issue

Will this be fixed in 4.0.2? If so, is there an estimate on when that release will be out. The reason I ask is that requiring checkin comments is very important to our company for auditing purposes. Also, it appears that even if I key in comments from the 2003 client, they are not saved.
Thanks
Mike Ballenger.
