Rollback?

Post by tomt84 » Sat May 19, 2007 10:19 am

Why is rollback not available in the following screen? I need to roll back each of the files with the identical comments one version - tried out an idea which affected several files, checked it in, wasn't happy with it and want to go back. How do I go about doing this if I can't do it from here?

(And as an aside, why is this functionality not built in - ie "undo checkout" or mass rollback)

Thanks

Well, the short answer is that you can't rollback to the current version. You can only roll back to a previous version.

I know that several of us have requested the ability to roll back an entire changeset in one operation. I don't remember seeing a request for a way to "roll this file back to the previous version" as opposed to the current "roll this file back to the selected version".
