Feature request: Commit events

It would be really cool if you coulds set vault to kic kof certain actions when before and after checkins happen, customised on a per folder/filetype basis

e.g. a user checks in an xml file. An this event is handled and a nant script is run which validates the files xml structure

or

a user checks in a source file. a nant script is run to rebuild the project

----
this would be ace. you could scrap CruiseControl and have everything run off project triggers.
