Get latest with overwrite - overwrites checked out files

Hi,

I have some files checked out with changes made. I do a get latest on the entire branch, and use the option - Overwrite. If I select prompt for each file, then I get prompted for each file that someone else has changed. If I select Overwrite and say - use this for each file - it overwrites even my checked out files, and I lose my changes. In VSS, a get does not overwrite the files that are checked out by me but does overwrite those checked out by someone else. Is there a way to say - get all the files that someone else has changed with prompting me for each file, but don't overwrite the files i have checked out?

In your Vault client under Tools - Options - Local Files, there is an option you can check for Prompt Before Overwriting Locally Modified Files.
