HTTP Error 500 after Setup

I completed setup on XP SP2.

I cant connect to the server locally.

Locally, in a browser, I tried:

• http://myserver/VaultService/serverInstall.html returns the correct page
  http://myserver/VaultService/VaultService.asmx returns HTTP Error 500

I looked in the FAQ and the forum, but I cant find any troubleshooting for error 500. What should I do from here?

I did reboot the machine, tried aspnet_regiis -i several times, but no change.

Any tip?

Are there any useful errors in the Vault server log -- sgvault.log in %windir%\temp\sgvault, or in the Vault installation log -- vault_install.log from your user's temp directory, %temp%?

Can you access http://localhost/VaultService/VaultService.asmx from a web browser on the Vault server machine/
