We've recently upgraded to vault 3.5 by renewing our gold support. Before actually renewing the gold support we started using vault 3.5 under an eval serial number.
To do that I had to delete our existing client pack serial numbers. The problem now is that I can't upgrade our serial numbers because the upgrade form requires the old serial numbers I have already deleted!
