Vault 3.5.1 / Dragnet 1.0.7.1379 Checkin not seeing bugs

Recently upgraded to vault 3.5.1, plus added a second project to vault with links to dragnet - so not sure which of these broke it, however, when I checkin from the vault client, the Update Bugs section of the checkin box is sometimes disabled - stopping me picking the revelant bug being fixed and sometimes it works.

It has worked fine for months before the upgrade - so I'm sorry I upgraded now - can I go back?

Let's try to get the current configuration working, as Vault 3.5.x should work fine with Dragnet.

Could you provide more information? Did you add a new project to the repository or add a new repository? How did you create the links with Dragnet?

Look in the Vault Admin Tool->Repository Options tab, and in the Repository Drop Down, pick a repository. Is Dragnet listed as the Bug Tracking Application in the Bug Tracking section of the Repository Options tab?
