where is Change Source Control Command?

Vault 3.1.9.3798
VS 2005

I'm a novice with vault. I can find my way around the check in/out. I have a problem I cannot find the answer to. Maybe someone has experienced this before.

I had a project (project A) under version control as it's own entity.
I added this project to a solution (solution 1) that was not under version control. This solution contained 3 projects including "project A"
I wanted to add "solution 1" to vault as a new entity. I recieved a warning that some projects were already under version control. I clicked OK thinking it would update "project A" under project A's grouping and then add the new files to the grouping of my choice. That was not the case.

Through trial and error I have really screwed up the link between my local and server copies. Right now my local copy is no longer under version control. I want to link the local copy of "project A" to the server copy in VS 2005 were it currently resides in vault.
When I attempt to "add to version control.." via VS 2005 to the same location as before I receive an error saying the project already exists and if I want to relink the files I need to use the "Change Source Control"command.

I can't find where this is anywhere. Is there anyway to relink the local and server copies so I can use VC within VS 2005?

Open your project. In VS 2005 under File->Source Control, there's a menu item for "Change Source Control." It's next to last on the list of choices. (This menu item does not appear if you have no project open.)

Select Change Source Control. In the Change Source Control dialog, unbind invalid or incorrect bindings, then rebind using the Bind\Unbind command.
