Error: Working folder state information

I am getting the following error message when accessing certain folders within Vault:

The working folder state information for [path] is incompatible with this version of Vault. Please choose a different working folder path. The specific compatibility exception was: Could not detect the file type in the supplied stream.

I have not changed versions of Vault in quite a while (on client or server). Just started getting this error recently.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

All help is appreciated.
