Transferring client licenses

We recently purchased a number of client licenses to be used for a specific project. These licenses were used on our client’s SOS server until very recently. Now the project is complete, and we need to transfer the licenses for use on our SOS server. What do we have to do to move the licenses from the client’s server to our server? Also, can we do this without troubling the client?

I left two phone messages and sent two emails to technical support with no response.
