Updation of Local VSS and Remote Server automatically

Can we customize SOS or any stand application which can can talk between two VSS servers. with the help of SOS.

As I want to update the Local and Remote server or vice a versa.
(which are located at local and other is one at remote location)

You could have one designated VSS repository accessible to all through SOS.
