Vault Check-ins with Dragnet Item-"Mark Completed"

This "Mark Completed" checkbox is defaulted to being checked, but I want it to default as unchecked. I have browsed through the GUI options and didn't see a way to do this. Is there a way to make the Mark Completed checkbox default to being unchecked on all my Vault clients?

I can add a Feature Request to allow control over this default value.

Thanks, yes, I would very much appreciate this being added as a Feature Request. Because in our environment, we never ever want to checkin files against a Dragnet item as Mark Completed. So for us, this is a real burden to have it defaulted as checked, as people forget to uncheck it when checking in files.
