Commit dialog appears only when Shift is pressed

Hello.

Suddenly I mentioned that Vault client 3.1.0 shows commit dialog (where all files to be committed is shown and I could enter some comments to commit) only if Shift key is pressed when I select "Commit selected operations" popup menu.

How could I restore default behaviour (when this dialog is shown always)?
I'd searched in Tools->Options->CommnadDialogs but there is nothing like Commit or Check in

I'm working in CVS style.

Under Concurrent Development Style, do you have Auto Commit selected?
I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are seeing exactly. Could it be that you had the option for only showing the dialog by using the shift key on check-out instead? Could you provide me more details or some screenshots?

No, Auto Commit is set to OFF

I don't see anything. When I select Commit selected items they are committed without any dialog. Comment is empty. You could see mine Command dialogs screenshot in attachment.

Heh. Unfortunatelly I cannot provide any details because today (after Vault client and PC where restarted) all works fine (Vault client shows commit confirmation dialog).
