Operation Failed during Get Latest Version, Check Out etc..

Hi

I am using SourceOffsite Client v4.1.2

I could connect to the server successfully and view the Project tree and files.

But when I tried doing a Get Latest Version/Check Out, I am getting the "Operation Failed" error message

Is this something to do with the access rights?

Please help. Its urgent

There are several possibilities. I would recommend you see this forum post first with the same issue: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... get+latest

If that doesn't work, then I'll need more information about your set-up.

The problem is resolved

I was not given access to the folder in which I was trying to do a Get Latest Version/Check Out operation

I was expecting a access denied message

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion(s)
