Vault Login Screen Freezes in VB

When we launch Visual Basic, the Vault dialog box appears but is frozen. We tried re-installing Vault but it did not fix the porblem. Any ideas on why this is happening?

PS we are using VB6.

When you say "frozen" do you mean the dialog doesn't appear to have focus when you try to use the mouse? Does tabbing through the dialog work?

Is this a new problem? Did it work properly before?

What version of Vault are you using? What operating system is VB 6 installed on?

The server is Windows 2003 Server x64.

Yes, this is a new problem specific to this machine only. We have VB installed on other machines and Vault works fine.
We are using Vault 3.1.6 (3658) build

Vault is not supported on 64-bit Windows yet, so I don't think we can be of much help. Are Vault and VB working properly on other machines with this operating system?
