Vault 3.5

I've ran across a few references to version 3.5 stating it will be out "soon" or "in a few weeks", etc. Can anyone comment or point to references that give more accurate timings? Also, I have been unable to find a complete list of changes. We are currently using 3.1 and I would like to evaluate 3.5 to see if it addresses any of our existing issues with 3.1.

Vault 3.5 is entering the final stages of testing. At the time of this posting, things are looking good
for a release during the week of July 17th.

I don't have a complete list yet, but will be preparing it in the next few days.
