Licensing - Replacing users ...

I am evaluating Vault for my company.
After reading the FAQ and posts,
I have questions about the licensing agreement (aka Gold).

1. What/how will we handle the situation when one of our team members leaves and a new one come to replace them - do we just deactivate the old account and set-up a new one?

2. Are there any options to buy more then 1-year of licensing?

3. I understand there are two licensing options - Gold and No-Gold.
Do I have the right details on each (below) - or am I missing something?

That's correct.
2. Are there any options to buy more then 1-year of licensing?
A Vault license doesn't expire, but you need Gold Support for major version upgrades. Contact our Sales department, sgstore at sourcegear.com if you'd like to purchase multi-year support.

There's no "renewal" as such, but to upgrade to a major release version, you would purchase Gold Support, which is $99 per license.

If you buy just Vault licenses, you get 30 days of Technical Support. There is also support available from this Forum. The Gold Support Forum has priority, though. If you decide later you would like Gold Support, you can still buy it.
