Undo Checkout for non Admins

Is there a way to let some users undo checkout (of others) without giving them admin privilidges? Or perhaps is there a way to create an Admin with the admin rights for a folder rather than all of vault?

This isn't supported in the current version of Vault. We do have a feature request logged to allow users other than Admin to undo checkouts. I'll add your "vote."
