I would like to Copy/Banch a folder in one repository to another repository. In effect, the new copy (in a different repository) will contain all the change history, just like doing a branch within the same repository.
Is this possible? Or is there an indirect way of doing it such as exporting the history and then re-apply the changes onto the a different repository?
Thanks!

In Vault 3.1.x, it is not possible to move items from one repository to another, unless you are doing "get" from one repository and then an "add" of the files, with no history.
However, in Vault 3.5, due out next month, you will be able to export from one repository or database and import into another.
