Now you see it, now you don't. Corrupt Repo?

After the errors posted to the Reconnection thread I have a new anomoly...

Open the gui on my dev box and I see 4 solutions that I tried to import. Open the gui on the vault server (same user) and I only see the 2 that I imported last night. This is whack.

Late breaking news... I can't delete the last solution tree that I imported. Just says Deletion Failed.

Can I be absolutely certain that corruptions like this are contained to a repo vs the entire db?
