Timeout Session error on client

Hi,

Our engineers have reported a timeout session error when they are checking in a large no of files or getting the latest version.

I am attaching a log file that was created. The server and client are both using version 3.1.8.

Hopefully you can provide a solution to this problem

Is your server running Windows 2003? If so, you might want to disable keep-alives for the Vault service. See http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=1014 for a writeup on all the different ways II6 can timeout a connection.
