sos error doing get latest from vs 2005

SOS version 4.1.2
While doing a get latest of a VS 2005 project, I get "Your source control plugin caused an exception orreported a fatal error" message. I set up the solution in my machine using offsite plugin.
Any idea what may be causing this problem?
