What does this Vault GUI error mean?

A database error has occured (FailDBReader)

(Help/Tech Support isn't responding, so I don't have version info)

It means the Vault Server couldn't connect to the database.

I found that error message pretty unclear (heh, obviously).

I wasn't sure if that was trying to tell me that I want to go run DBCC CHECKDB etc on the Vault database.

If that is just a connection error, I'd suggest rewording it to say that it is a connection error.

As I didn't know what it meant, or what I as a user am supposed to do when that happens, I did nothing, waited a while, and retried the operation, and it succeeded. So I ignored it.
