_sgbak directory

It looks to me that _sgbak directory exists everywhere. This causes some problem because we copy the files to one folder to another, that directory follows also. The questions is that why that directory does not remove itself after its use and can it be deleted without causing any problem? If not, when can it be deleted?

It's where Vault puts modified files before it overwrites them.

Tools-Options-Local Files-Cache/Backup Locations-Save files in backup folder before overwriting.
