Can't login to Vault on Windows Server 2003 x64

I installed Vault 3.1.7 to evaluate for possible purchase, but after installing it on our Windows Server 2003 x64 machine, I realized this isn't a supported configuration. However, I thought I'd try to see if there's a way to get this working; if I can't I'll have to shelve switching to Vault until x64 is supported.

Here are the symptoms:
1. When trying to locally login using the admin tool, I get 'Unable to connect to http://ionfs.digi.com/VaultService....Web Exception: The request failed with HTTP status 404: not found'.
2. I can get the 'Vault Home Page' webpage by connecting to either 'http://localhost/VaultService/' or 'http://ionfs.digi.com/VaultService'
3. However, connecting via 'http://IONFS.digi.com/VaultService/VaultService.asmx' gives error 404, as does 'http://ionfs.digi.com/VaultService/VaultWeb/login.aspx'.

Any thoughts?

You could try some standard troubleshooting:

Also make sure Anonymous access is enabled in IIS.
