Can't connect to SQLServer - Cannot generate SSPI context

I am trying to logon to Vault this AM and I found this error in the Vault log file:

Cannot generate SSPI context?

The vault admin account has access to the DB so no need to run the 'grantlogin' command. But I did anyway just to be safe.

Any ideas?

Something must have changed in configuration that is causing the SQL Server connection to not log in with the ASPNet process' Windows based account.
