Gold support forum access and a problem with vault upgrade!

I need access to the gold support forum.

I have upgraded vault from 2.02 to 3.??. When I try to run vault it says that no users are liscensed. I open the admin tool and verify that the upgrade whiped out the liscense. When I try to add the liscense given to us for vault version 3.??, it tells me that I cannot use a gold liscense.

What am I doing wrong?

Licenses changed format from version 2 to version 3. Contact dixie (at) sourcegear.com to get this cleared up with new licenses.
