Feature Request : Filter mail notification

Hello all,

Change notification through email is a nice feature of Vault 3 and above, but it can generate an heavy mail traffic. It would be very nice to be able to register for mail notification on a tree only for certain events (eg, label creation, file deletion file add, etc...)
