VS2005 WebSite - Exclude 'filename' From Source Control

I vote that somehow this can return.

we like to make changes to our web.config files and other config files that we don't want into the main source control.

This is actually a Visual Studio feature that was removed, not a Vault one. You should vote over at MS forums to get it re-installed. I have seen others complain about this over there, so you voice could be added to those.
