Default Access

I could be wrong or have something set up incorrectly, but it appears to me that whenever I add a new user, he gets access to all repositories RCA.

How do I change this default access right setting?

In the current version of Vault, you can uncheck the RCA rights when you create the user. We've had feature requests for users to have no rights when their account is created; I'll add your vote.
