Strange Check In issue (v3.1.0)

Hi,

Last night i checked-in some files that I had been working on over the holidays and when I came into work this morning there hadn't been added to the respository.

Any new files had been added but any files that already existed had not been overwriten. This problem has happened before but not for a while.

What do you suggest?

Were you using IDE integration or the Vault GUI Client?
Sometimes files are in a Needs Merge state and don't get committed if Vault thinks conflicts need to be resolved. Unfortunately, you can't see this status from the IDE.

Check project or file history to see if history has a record of the checkin for the files that did not appear at get checked in.

Also, check the Vault server log file to see if there were any errors associated with the checkin.
