Annoying Visual "Diff" Bug

The scroll bar, on the left handside, in the selection screen that appears in the diffing a file with "Any repository folder/file" browse dialog doesn't allow you navigate to folders that are all the way at the bottom. The only way to see the last folder is to collapse previous folders that are higher up. Expanding the window size does seem to help a little bit but not in all cases.

I have included a screen shot to show what I mean. Notice how the scroll bar is all the way at the bottom but there are still other folders below.

Yes, I see this in 3.1.5. I'll log a bug; thanks for the report.
