We have been using Vault for some time without any issues. However, lately, I have three files that can not be retrieved from Vault. This is a most critical issue.
When performing a Get Latest on the file, the error returned is
Get latest version failed for $/FrequencyMaint.aspx.cs: Invalid object version specified.

Yes, I am using Vault. Sorry if I mis-posted.
Deleting the Cache for the repository and then performing a get resolved the issue.
