Gold support subscription "renewal"

Sorry for asking this here, but I'm not 100% clear on this.

I have 35 user licenses for Vault with Gold support (which gives me "35 Vault Gold Subscriptions"). To continue my subscription, I should buy 35 additional gold licenses? This will give me the ability to upgrade to your 4.x line (if that were to come out in the next year) and upgrade all 35 of my user licenses to the 4.x line? And if I were to only buy 1 gold support license, would that then mean that when the 4.x version came out I could only "upgrade" one license to it?

Okay, nevermind. I must have skimmed over this line in the FAQ when I read it.

"Our policy is that you must have a Gold Support subscription for all your users in order to get the benefits."
