Can't Logon To Vault

I installed Vault Admin tool to a Sharepoint server. I then launched Sharepoint and EXCLDUED the VaultService and VaultShadowService virtual directory. Ithen issued an IISRESET.

But when I logon to the admin tool I get this error.

Please help?

I could use some clarification. Is the Vault Server installed on the same machine as Sharepoint, or just the Admin Tool?

Sharepoint causes problems for Vault when they're on the same machine. See this KB article for recommendations for installing Vault on the same server as Sharepoint.
