Have to retrieve the files from source control

It seems the problem is that the file that gets checked is not reflected in my local working folder until I checkout the file and replace it with the file in source safe. I was use to source safe automatically replacing the file upon checkin with the file currently checked into source control.

So Keyword expansion works in SOS 4.0

Hmmm. SourceOffSite should work the same way, and does in our testing here. The keyword expanded file should be updated locally after your Check In. So we still need to determine why this isn't happening for you. What type of source files are you testing with?
