Rebinding after working disconnected conflict

I get the following message.

"Some items at the new binding have different contents on your local disk than in the newly bound database. You should consult your administrator. The Get Latest Version command may be able to resolve these issues, but you should exercise caution as this may cause you to lose any changes you have made.

NOTE: I checked these files in last night and have not made any changes to their contents and no one else has either, according to history.

Using the SOS GUI Client, what is the status of those files? (select their parent project and look under the Status column of the file list pane)
