Maintainence option

Hi:

I am evaluating SourceGear Vault and have a question about anual maintanence.

Usually at the end of the year I like to do some 'housework' on our SourceSafe database, but this is a real pain in the butt.

What I'm looking for is an option where I can keep (for instance) the last 4 versions of any file and delete all older versions. If a file has only one, two or three versions, nothing should be touched. Is this easy to do with Vault?

This option should (ideally) be available recursively.

Currently, Vault doesn't support removing any history.

We are planning archive/restore functionality for Vault 4.x, due out next year, and I'll add a feature request for the ability to archive only a portion of history.
